I recently stayed at Arenal Suites Preciados for a few nights and it was perfect for my short stay. The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the location was ideal - right in the center of everything. The host, Christian, was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This place is mind-blowing! The newly fitted flat was all very clean and overlooked a bustling pedestrian street. Just a few minutes away, there was a supermarket for all our needs. The location was excellent, with a metro station close by, but we often found it quicker to walk to Sol station, which was around 10 minutes away on a different line. The TV, bed, bathroom, and heating were all brand new and in great condition. We were delighted to find a full oven, microwave, and hob in the kitchen, along with sufficient plates and pans. The only downside was that there was only one wine glass, but I'm sure the staff would have promptly provided more if we had asked. Checking in on New Year's Day, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who showed us to our room. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and amenities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
